Edit My Raw Footage

I have 9 mini DVD/HD tapes, about 2 1/2 hours worth, that needs to be edited down to 45 minutes. 3 cameras were used. Each camera has 3 tapes. I need the footage formated to tell a story. A small amount of graphic work is desired as well. I will provide more details upon request.
