Video Producer/Editor

Summary:
The Video Producer/Editor is responsible for the creative direction of video and multimedia projects. This person manages the production of highly templated client deliverable videos, edits video, produces video animation and leads special video projects as necessary.

Responsibilities:
o Works with internal and client teams to schedule shoots, determine content of shoots and deliver final video product
o Attends all shoots in person or remotely by telephone
o Edits video and audio using Avid, Final Cut Pro and ProTools.
o Directs cameras and sound equipment on shoots
o Serves as a technical and business resource to other producers, assisting them in the resolution of complex problems or leading them on larger projects.
o Lead and contribute to skill-building projects for other business units

Success Criteria:
o A discriminating eye/ear for video/audio quality
o Excellent writing and communication skills
o Ability to counsel and collaborate with executive leadership teams and their counterparts
o Ability to produce quality products under tight deadlines

Requirements
o Bachelors degree
o 3-10 Years Experience Video Production / Editing
o Demonstrated Experience managing projects and timelines
o At least one year client management / account management
